The end result of the investigation was successful, and eye opening, to say the least. Emma’s team won, but she is still reeling from the bizarre events of the investigation – one of the deaths during the course of the investigation still haunts her. Her partner on the investigation, vampire Rick Allstedt, is concerned. Emma must deal with the events of the previous investigation if she is to move on and be a fully functional member of an elite team of paranormal investigators. Can she do it?
