Tom is an inexperienced young man looking for help with a problem that seems great on the surface but can quickly lead to dire consequences: he can't stop touching himself. He's being held back from exploring like others his age because of his own hand and he knows he needs to seek help from the one and only Dr. McDonald, the Scottish doctor who will go to any lengths for his patients. Dr. McDonald soon figures out why Tom can't keep his hands off himself and teaches him why it's worth waiting for someone else's hands sometimes.
