A Simple Family Christmas by Jo Willow
The Tanners have a family tree with many branches. Grayson Tanner is the uncle of Rose and her brothers. Many years ago when Grayson and his brother Justin were in college, they both met and fell in love with Emily. Justin won her heart and together, they went on to have four children and settle in Atlanta. Grayson was not a man to, "Forgive and Forget". He married, moved to Wyoming and had two daughters of his own, Kelly and Ava. He practiced law, while they started ranching. At first as a team, then as rivals.
Miles Tanner had one son, Mitch (Heart of Clay), and he stayed close to Justin and Emily.
Cyril Tanner, allied with Grayson. He had three children, Lauren, Poppy, and Wyatt, and he remained in Georgia. Lauren left home young and broke all ties with her father. Wyatt moved to South Carolina and began a career in teaching music. Poppy opened her own catering firm.
None of the Tanners are close, outside of their own family units.
That's about to change.

Rose has decided that the children that she and her brothers are having, need to know their family. She wants to pull the family together and heal old wounds that have nothing to do with her or her children's generations. Rose has a plan and she pulls Carie in to help her. She's going to host Christmas at the mansion in Atlanta and she's bringing the whole family in to celebrate. Even if she has to bribe them. Even if she has to trick them. Even, if she has to kidnap one or two.
Rose wants A Simple Family Christmas.
As her brother Kevin says, "Good-luck with that."
