Gary Morstad has had more than his fair share of intimate encounters with married women. In fact, he even got paid for a few, but he’s left that life behind. So it’s just his luck that a taciturn mechanic got the first woman Gary’s ever been genuinely interested in to the altar first.

Dean Yeats is head over heels for his chatty wife Lorena, but even after months of marriage, the woman leaves him tongue-tied. Dean would do anything to keep her from giving up on him…including letting the far more gregarious Gary entertain her.

Dean and Gary’s antagonistic exchanges segue to a smoldering two-way attraction, and now Dean wants to spend time with Gary, too. Gary is more than willing to spread the love around, but Lorena’s not convinced their unconventional arrangement will endure. Gary’s heading back to minor league baseball and a life on the road. Unlike Dean, Lorena’s not so willing to risk their marriage to add a partner who doesn’t always play by the rules.
