This book picks up exactly where the third book of the series left you hanging. Darias and Marguerite have finally slept together. Morrigan conjured a spell and took out Marguerite. Darias is now freaking out. Jayce is looking for another wench to bed. Reed just had a quickie with Suzette but can’t get Raven out of his mind. Raven is trying to document the contents of the vast estate but keeps getting sidetracked—mainly with fantasies of Reed. Milford is trying to lay the legend to rest and Merlin is busy.
