Kiss Me by Ann T. Cee
Life was all about having fun.

That was Lennox’ philosophy on life. Rugby, passing classes, and having a good time were all he worried about. So, of course, he was going to go out and have fun for St. Patrick’s Day. Being the goofball that he was, he signed up for their Blind Duet Karaoke contest. He was not prepared for the woman he was paired with.

There was too much to do to waste too much time lollygagging around.

Delilah worked hard, always had, and always will. Keeping a roof over her head and food on her table and occasionally bailing her mom out of her jams were all Delilah had time for. She didn’t have the time nor the inclination for frivolity. When the DJ at the bar she worked in called her forward to participate in the Blind Duet Karaoke contest, she promised death to the grinning fool. She didn’t have time for all of that, but the guy that sang with her was fun and made her laugh. Something she thought she forgot how to do.

They spent that one night together.

She was only in it for the one night, but Lennox had other plans.

**For adults at least 18+ who aren't offended by some crude language.
