The follow-up novel to From Solitude sees Jacob struggle to recover from his ordeal when he begins to show a darker side to his personality. The voice from his past is haunting him. Much to Sally's dismay, Jacob's change isn't all she's confronted with when her old flame Rain wants back into the picture.
