A Cherry on Top by Ashley Lauren
In downtown Berkeley, California there’s a small diner where big things are happening. The locals gossip that at Cupid’s Café love is on the menu… and they would be right!

Katy Cupid has put more than just her heart and soul into her 50’s style diner. She’s also added a bit of her magical touch into spicing up the love lives of her patrons. Katy’s always had a ‘gift’ for knowing who would be perfect together, and she just can’t help doing a little matchmaking. From obvious introductions to sly schemes, Katy is always looking to put two hearts together so that they find a sweet romance that blossoms into true love.

In A Cherry on Top, a frazzled looking Professor Faith Mason storms into Cupid's Cafe looking for help from Katy Cupid. Faith's mother has decreed that Faith must bring a date to the annual family 4th of July BBQ, or she will invite her ex-boyfriend Logan. Faith will do anything to avoid Logan, even beg Katy to find her a fake boyfriend for a day.

Travis Waverly, a successful photographer, owes Katy Cupid a favor. He had no idea that repaying Katy would mean being set up on a blind date, but when he meets Faith, his opinion starts to change. He is intrigued by the stern professor, and the tender heart she hides. If he could just get her to trust him, there might be something more for them both than a pretend relationship.
The couple has a rocky start, and Katy is worried she may have gotten this one wrong. Will Katy's perfect matchmaking record be ruined?

Each novella in the Cupid's Café series is a complete story and can be read in any order. This is a clean and wholesome romance.
