Graham (Heroes of Hope County) by Amber Adams
Juliet:
I’m looking forward to taking over the record store from Holly. I have so many ideas to turn it into the business it once was.
There’s just one problem. I’m not as good with the music as Holly was. Which I need to be, to work in a record store. I have no option but to hire someone. That is, if I can find a passable candidate from somewhere in this town.
Then he just shows up - Graham.
I don’t even know why, but I know he’ll be perfect for the job.
There is something compelling about him, something mysterious.
Not to mention his assured charm and that scruffy attractiveness. I just hope working with him won’t be too difficult. Or too distracting.

Graham:
Having led the “rockstar” life for years I was done.
Yes, it was exciting and amazing but… the months on end on the road, the constant need to be “on”, the never-ending groupies…Yes, even they got tiresome after a while.
I was totally burned out and just wanted a quiet and simple life.
That’s when I moved to Hope, on the advice of my former bandmate Miguel. It had been his hometown and he’d moved back when he too had had enough of the “glamorous” life of a rockstar.
Hope was perfect. Small. Quiet. Simple…. If not just a little on the sleepy side.
Until the moment I met her at the only record store in town.
Juliet.
The perfect name for a muse.
It’s been forever since I felt inspired enough to write music. But all that looks like it’s about to change.
She is interesting, this Juliet.
Gorgeous. Brilliant.
I’ll even take a simple job I don’t need if it means I can be close to her. But more than just being close, I hope I can make her mine.
