Turns out that a decade-ish locked away from the world has a really big impact on you. It affects how you view the world, how you treat others, and, most importantly, who you fall in love with. I was sold to a rich cat shifter so that I could make kittens that my creepy uncle may or may not have intended to sell on the black market. Thomas, the shifter, wanted me in all the worst ways.
When I slipped away from my intended husband and my controlling uncle via a pet adoption agency, I found guys who made my heart flutter: The Street Cats. They're a former motorcycle gang that's a good bit older than I am, but that just makes them finely aged. Like good cheese, or a nice wine. Better yet, each one is just as delicious as the others and I can't possibly get enough of them.
...Problem is, one of them seems to be missing. And I've got a good idea who might have taken him. When a note shows up confirming my suspicions, I know that there's only one thing that will make my uncle-appointed fiance let my Street Cat go: returning to my fiance and all of their plans.
