This is the first book of the duet and ends on a cliffhanger. It’s a slow burn with a lot of tension. The FMC has a few males adoring her, but she ends up with one. Strong language and adult situations. 18+. The second book follows shortly after.
Note from the author: Darriel is a complicated vampire, but give him a chance.
