Heat Lightning is a grumpy/sunshine, slight age gap, high-stakes, ticking clock romance that involves realistic-looking “devices”, desperation between the sheets, conversations overheard at a big box store, best friends in an embarrassing position, the best and worst parents ever, and a “scientific experiment” that throws protocol and procedure out the window.
However, PLEASE NOTE – No omegas are impregnated in the course of this story, although it does happen in this universe, and there is no shifting in this world.
