Mizuho's been thrown into a huge fluster after getting an impossible confession from Saito-sempai, whom she admires... and having little to no experience in love, she ends up bedridden with a fever. In the midst of this, Shin, who's always calm and collected, skips class to invite Mizuho to go to the beach.
