I'm Goldie, your normal twenty-something with a boring life and too much credit card debt. Nothing ever happens to me. Ever. Until I'm traipsing through the Enchanted Forest after a bridge collapse forces me to detour, thinking I'm just out for a leisurely stroll on the way to Grandma’s house with my picnic basket of goodies, when bam! I come across this adorable cottage straight out of a storybook.

Naturally, I couldn't resist checking it out. I mean, who wouldn't? But instead of stumbling upon the three bear brothers, I find myself face to face with a brooding, seriously dreamy guy. And guess what? He's a werewolf. Yup, you heard me right—a freaking werewolf.

Normally meeting a werewolf might freak a girl out, but there's something about this guy, Fenris, that just draws me in. Sure, he's got that whole rugged, mysterious thing going on, but underneath it all, there's this vulnerability that tugs at my heartstrings. Plus, he's got these intense green eyes that make my knees go weak. Yeah, you could say I'm a goner.

But our little fairy tale isn't all sunshine and rainbows. We've got a few obstacles to overcome. Like Fenris trying to keep his wolf side under wraps, while I'm over here just trying to save our little part of the world by returning the Source Stone to its rightful home before the walls surrounding the Enchanted Forest fall and the life as we know it is gone forever. And let's not forget about Red-Scarlett Hood, a badass huntress with a knack for sticking her nose where it doesn't belong.

Me? I’m just trying to save the realm and not fall in love.
