It happened at a boring work conference. I ran into an ex boyfriend. We hit it off and blew off the afternoon speaker to hang out and catch up in my room. The old long forgotten chemistry got stirred up. It was so good we planned to meet before Christmas for a one night rendezvous. It was a good plan. I go to the city where he lives every year to shop with my sister, alone. If it was as great as the conference then maybe we’d make it a yearly thing.

When you find out your spouse has had an affair there are many possible responses. One of which is to do the same thing to them. Revenge affair. What if you had the revenge affair with the spouse of the woman that bedded your man. He’s in the same boat. He’s feeling the same feelings of betrayal, maybe he has revenge in his heart. That’s what I did, we told our spouses what we were going to do. The satisfaction of revenge wasn’t the only thing we felt that night.
