The Christmas season is just around the corner, and Jim’s bookshop boss, Ivy, has invited him along on a book buying trip to help stock the store. While on their road trip together, they’re able to find some private time for other activities.

Meanwhile, the dancers are all prepping for their Christmas performance, and Sera is trying to finish writing her fantasy novel. But the on-campus dorms are damaged when a pipe breaks, and Hannigan House takes on the displaced ballerina college students.

The team finally get the house to themselves once Christmas break begins, and they’re eager to spend some quality time together as a found family, and they make plans for their future.
