Working as a bounty hunter for the paranormal council is the perfect job for this Seelie fae, especially considering she can sense mistruths. Things get muddy when what the council believes doesnʼt line up with what she sees with her own two eyes.
Everything points to her suspects being innocent, while one of her coworkers begins to look guilty. Things compound when she realizes her targets are her mates. Not to mention the connection she feels to her boss at the bail bondsmanʼs office.
Torn in two directions, Rogue is in crisis.
Does she follow her heart? Or honor her commitment to the paranormal council? And what happens when fate intervenes, attempting to drag her in a completely different direction...
This is Rogue’s complete romance with no cliffhanger. With that being said, there are overall world plots that carry from Ember’s Claim to Rogue’s Crisis. I highly recommend reading these two books in order.
