It's a complication I certainly don't need - and yet, it's all I can think about. Such thoughts consume me. But more means sacrifice. More means changing plans. More means revenge, and quite possibly death. But then, perhaps we need to raze our worlds to build something new. Starting with the woman who birthed me. Bastian Happiness used to be something unattainable. An imaginary thing that was fanciful. A dream that would never come to fruition. But that was before. Before her. Before Jeff died. Before my entire world tilted sideways. My father has always destroyed any form of happiness that may have been offered to me.
