What they want, is a champion racing pair, and they are determined to have just that. The ponies will just have to learn how to do this. As much as the ponygirls do not want to be treated as animals, they also hate and fear the punishment that is imposed upon them if they don't do as they are told. They learn that pain can and will get them to do what is wanted, and that the fear of punishment will cause them to perform. Both our ponies hate the fact that this system works; that defiance is useless and that in the end they will comply with the requirement of their trainers.
