The Devil in Her Soul by Kathryn Thomas
Jenny's relationship with Asher is something that no-one approves
The revelation of her new relationship with Asher provokes an almost unanimous negative reaction. Her friends are both surprised and disgusted that Jenny would be with someone like Asher. Likewise, the club--under influence from Jenny's father--is turning a cold shoulder to Asher.

Asher's future in the club is anything but certain.
Fiercely loyal to the club since the day he was patched, Asher is on the verge of losing everything: his position as sergeant-at-arms, the respect of his brothers, and even his membership within the Heartless Devils.

The world is against them. Will they crumble or will they rise?
Jenny knows that it's her relationship with Asher that has caused the rift. It's increasingly obvious that there will come a day when she must make a choice. But when one choice means losing everything she's held dear in her life and the other choice means losing the passion and love for Asher that's taken root deep inside of her, which choice will she make, and will it be the right one?

EXCERPT

“Will and Thomas talked to John and Will filled us in on a few more details. Hamasaki is definitely working through the Demonios.”

“Is that bad?”

“It’s not good.”

“So what does that mean?”

“It means that we are probably going to have to deal with them and Hamasaki at the same time. Taking Hamasaki out alone may not be enough. Someone else may step in and pick up his pieces. Taking out the Demonios alone…same thing. Hamasaki would just find another stooge and the meddling will continue. We, the three clubs, will probably have to do a scorched earth on this to end it.”

“When?”

“I don’t know. Soon. There are a lot of details to work out.” When Jenny didn’t answer, Asher changed the subject. “How did the studying go?”

“Okay. But now my brain is mush.”

“You should get some sleep. Tomorrow is going to be another busy day.”

“That’s why I have been waiting on you. I can’t switch off. I need something to take my mind off school.”

He smiled at the invitation in her tone. “What did you have in mind?”

“I’m sure you’ll think of something.”

“Shall I tell you a bedtime story?”

“That will be nice. Something with a happy ending,” she said as her hand drifted down his torso, caressing him gently as she began to kiss his chest.

Asher breathed deep as Jenny’s lips danced. “Mmmm…” he rumbled as she pulled back.

“You like that?”

“Very much.”

“Want some more?” she breathed, her breath tickling his lips.

“Much more.”

Her kiss was much firmer and more demanding this time, and he welcomed it. He rolled into her, pushing her up on her side then clasped her firmly to him before rolling onto his back again, drawing her onto his chest, her legs going to either side of his hips.

“I love you,” he whispered.
